  I seen a different doctor, not by choice. Well, instead of giving me my USUAL prescriptions which is a script with refills x2, he gives me a one month supply and no refills. After several times calling, and speaking with the same lady... trying to get them to mail my prescription slips thru the mail, they have failed to do so. The first time, she sent it to a dothan address... HELLO MY ADDRESS IS ON FILE! So here it is, a week past my refill date, still NO scripts in the mail. And the lady was a total b^tch. There's 50 patients in here. Yeah, and I was one of those "50" last month. So... SHOVE IT YOU P.O.S!

  The ladies up front is RUDE! Never see the same doctor! Every doctor wants to change your medicines..... Medicaid patients they want you to do a drug test every time to rip medicaid off! Let someone come in that pays for there visits hardly ever do you see them drug test them! Just Awful!

  I used to see Dr. Sam West M.D. as a psychiatrist and Mary Josie Strother M.S., L.P.C. as my therapist 4 years ago and I only had great experiences there. The staff were all helpful and polite. And my doctors were amazing and helped me through so much and began my mental healing process and understand my illness. I never had to wait too long. So I don't know why everyone is giving this place bad ratings. True, this was 4 years ago, but there are bad reviews on here from that time. I LOVED my doctors, especially my therapist.
