- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred there by the Enterprise ER for a broken heel bone. The employees here have an extreme lack of communication, the lack of simple medical knowledge within the staff was a definite red flag for me, and very rude. Also, when it came to figuring out insurance and payments they were extremely unreasonable and willing to work with you. I had an extremely horrible experience with this clinic and personally would not even want my worst enemy to go to this clinic. The lack of compassion and the unwillingness to work with their patients there is also a huge reason why this clinic has such a horrid reputation. I would recommend an entire new staff due to the bad attitudes and rudeness and would not trust this clinic to be the ones to do the surgery and be the ones throughout the healing process after all the horrible stuff they have already put me through.
