- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Mr. Patel is an abusive narcissist that should spend more time reading the Texas Patient Bill of Rights than condemning disabled citizens. The man should learn that his patients have “the right to be free from mistreatment, abuse, neglect, and exploitation.” He will soon be investigated by the Texas Board of Medicine and reprimanded for his gross abuse towards his patients.
